New kinds of boards / chans

- tree-chan : every reply can also be an OP of its own thread
- tag-based chan : rather than directories or boards, assign a tag to a thread
- invite-chan : requires a log to code in; users can invite other users; mods can view invite chains to punish those who invite spammers or pedophiles; etc
- federated or p2p chan : sites share threads/replies with each other
- fileshare chan : interface similar to 4chan[f] ; focus is specifically on sharing files (like zip, torrent, targz, et al) that spark discussion
- git chan : it's yet another flatfile chan, but every new post / moderation action affects a git repo! this repo can be duplicated in turn and used by other chans... (yes, this can be called Blockchain Chan!)
- voice chan : every post on the site must include an audio attachment. no text

IRC chan: every thread gets its own IRC channel. Every chat in the channel becomes a reply to the thread; links in IRC chats become "attachments" to the comment via magic. Every reply to the thread likewise gets shared to IRC. When the thread hits the reply limit, the room gets destroyed.

github chan; every post is a pull request to a tree-based git repository mimicking a wiki structure.

docker-chan : every post creates a docker container mimicking the poster's posting environment at the time of posting
