Don't know how to program. Intend to start with common lisp. Using Ubuntu 12.04. Don't have the time for learning the intricacies of whatever editor I will use (but will pursue further in the future). Getting tired of manually saving websites. Want to learn enough common lisp (and other knowledge needed) in a few hours to create a web scrape program that can automatically scrape a website I want scraped (doesn't need to be advanced, could just be a simple program dedicated to one site which I need to scrape real soon).

Just use wget.
