Programming videos on Youtube

Does anyone know of informative and interesting programming-centered channels on youtube (or elsewhere)?

I enjoy Bisqwit's programming videos very much, but they are often too fast-paced for me, and he doesn't explain many of the things that he does. Do you guys know of any similar channels?
