I'm sorry, but I can't help you! You're fucked!

Are you referencing that fucking terrible slapstick garbage cartoon "welcome to the nhk"? Kill yourself if so.

That's a book you dolt.

The books were so unbelievably terrible people literally favor the hideously awful cartoon due to it being ever-so-slightly less shitty and disgusting. OP was most likely referencing the cartoon since he wasn't spewing bile about how foul it was. Not even the worst weeb can touch upon those books without shitting all over them.

>>4 chan, it's only one book. Please, go back to 4chan.

Hey asshole, a graphic novel is still a book. Therefore there was more than one book. Pretending that the all-text version of this disgusting shitpile is the only relevant version, despite it being the least popular BY FAR, is disingenuous at best. Jewishly elitist at worst.

Javascript is still a programming language, though it doesn't really deserve that title.

I read the book. >>4-san is right, it's extremely shitty. It definitely feels like a suplemment to a crappy fanzine for amateur writers (it's that short), so calling it a book is giving it too much credit.

It's Turing-complete and can be used to make apps. Yes it's an "interpreted language" but most modern implementations use JIT anyway, so it's a programming language, unless you think C# isn't a programming language either.

JavaShit is literally worse than Visual Basic. It was created in a weekend as an afterthought. Even fucking Symta kicks its ass.

And despite all that, it's more powerful than C. That's the mistake a lot of people make - they think JS is "C for the web". It's not. It's a functional language more along the lines of Lisp or Haskell. It doesn't need a massive standard library, the basic features - arrays, functions, strings, and objects - are enough to actually do useful things with.

Even fucking Symta kicks its ass.
Symta is barely used. You never even hear of it outside of /prog/.
