I failed at life

Tried to go to college to study CS, had panic attacks due to the massive size of my university and how many people are there. Couldn't even go to my classes. Never made any friends either.
The uni doesn't seem to give a shit if someone lags behind or does poorly due to mental health problems.

I'm never going to succeed. People like me aren't meant to succeed.

TL;DR the medications that can successfully treat panic are bad for your brain. Bad enough that panic attacks are more desirable.
