TLDR: Russians flooded the TOR network with fake servers, allowing them to track everyone there.

Tor was developed by the neoliberal menace, ostensibly through the US military but they are simply a branch of British spycraft and Tor is used to spread the foulest hedonism and drug addiction worldwide. Russia is correct to unanonymize the threat.
