Next Gen textboard features

Ideas:
- federated (boards can share threads & replies)
- tags rather than boards
- multiple markups (bbcode, markdown, sexpcode/lispmark)
- OAuth & PGP for "secure" tripcodes (novelty)
- "flair" (tripcodes / secure tripcodes have small bio pages, and can pick a color for their tripcode)
- youtube embed
- Various thread modes (sticky, lock, stickylock, permasage)
- IRC, Discord, microblogging integration

This is perfect the way it is. It's the right tool for the job. Funny how this as a 90s style website has better mobile usability, better load times, better reliability, and better SEO than 90% of big budget React/Angular ``webapps''. And it's all just a one off Perl script. Beautiful.
