When is the admin going to get rid of the javascript on this board?

What are his motives? Why hasn't he removed it yet?

Seems like completely useless and superfluous waste of bandwidth
1.Quoting/Citing (for people too lazy to type >>number but not lazy enough to write x100 text)
2.Dynamic style-sheet changes(why anyone uses this?)
3.Code highlighter(useless gimmick, this isn't an IDE or github)

if you don't like them, then block it yourself. it's not like the site doesn't work without javascript
