Fatigue, clouding of consciousness, and general malaise.

I guess I've had these symptoms for about half a year now. Dunno where else to ask so I figure /prog/ is appropriate.

Has anybody experienced something similar in their life, and any ideas on dealing with it?

start getting up early in the morning, drink water and eat healthy, exercise

basic things like that will probably solve these problems completely
