Escaping the friendzone

Help me /prog/, my question is too serious for /lounge/.

We're not even good friends, so it's more about being in the shitzone. I've helped her quite a bit with concrete problems and she probably hates me by now. There's something about her knowing she could never repay that kind of services and finding anything to despise the person who provided them. She's still living at my place (because she's homeless) and I still enjoy the little things she does there, like plants, but her fucked up side is showing.

The other day she was pissed at me or something and secretly moved her things. She spent the night outside and secretly moved back the day after but she still hasn't put back her tootbrush in the bathroom.

She's not even that friendly with me as there's no way to go out with her or to do anything remotely entertaining. I actually need to escape the dadzone. She does look like little girl. A little girl from the streets.
