>>27Good-bad is a poor description. He is an intelligence officer, the kind who would spy on you in NSA or infiltrate your organization in the CIA or murder traitors in the FBI. He likes control and distrusts people; he is cautious to the point of undecisiveness; he has a certain twisted, sadistic idea of patriotism - trying to protect the national interests but in a crooked way; he likes to resolve conflicts seemingly within the bounds of law ("to friends, give the good treatment, and to the rest - treatment according to law"); he is not greedy but he lets his friends steal like crazy while watching over them and slapping them occasionally to keep them in line (in his own, mafioso idea of "line"); he likes to do things through someone else's hands while staying seemingly above the problem; he is a cynical liar in public speeches, those are pretty useless to listen to; he has a democratic streak but feels genuinely betrayed by the West; he was hired as a crisis-manager but convinced himself that anyone other than him would be worse for the country. Is that good or bad?
