"In December 2014 Brandi Fagg took her daughter to the dentist for a cleaning, was told everything looked great. Sunday she received a call saying she needed to bring her back ASAP because ONE tooth in the front was having problems coming out and the adult tooth was poking through well. She returned her daughter to the dentist on Monday and after waiting for two hours Dr Schneider called her daughter back but refused to allow her mother to accompany her. At the time, she didn't know this was against the law so she didn't go back. Brandi sat in the waiting room three more hours waiting for her daughter to have one tooth pulled.Brandi went to the window three times to see what was going on and received no answer or explanation. Finally a hygienist came into the waiting room and explained that there had been an accident.
Upon entering the exam room Brandi observed that her daughter had bruises and scratches all over her. The hygienist explained that they had her on a papoose board and had stepped out the room for a moment. When they came back in they had found her daughter face down on the floor. This was upsetting enough but when Brandi walked out to the car her daughter told her the unthinkable "Mommy they lying to you the man threw me and choked me while the lady sit on me." This was the first time her daughter had removed the gauze from her mouth and at that moment she noticed her daughter was missing 7 teeth all she had left were back teeth.
Brandi took her daughter straight to the emergency room and called the police. Her daughter had fractured nose, a large bump on her head, a black eye and a bruised hand print around the neck. Unfortunately, the police can't press charges because Dr. Schneider is not a care giver and her daughter is the only witness.
Since publicizing her story, Brandi has been approached by many other parents who have reported similar instances with their own children. You can see how Dr. Schneider's business has been reviewed on Google and other sites. We do not want Dr. Schneider to be run out of town only to practice dentistry in another place. Please petition the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the Florida Board of Dentistry to review the allegations against Dr. Schneider and revoke his license."

I would like to remain anonymous. But I worked in Dr Schneider's office. I worked for half a day and that was enough for me. It was horrible a nightmare. His wife is the office manager and she is money hungry she would threat when calling to confirm appointments that if they did not show up for there dental appointments that she would report them to medicaid and they would get there medicaid voided. So that made a lot of parents scared and feel like they had no choice but to come in the office. She would schedule kids to come in for treatments of multiple teeth to have extracted or The baby root canal and silver crown. The parents were not allowed back with their children. Once the child entered threw the first locked door Away from the parent the children were scared out of their mind. First of all I couldn't understand why their was a locked door. That gave me chills. But the assistant that would take them back would tell them to stop crying and shut up or else they would get the doctor and the kids would say nooo please don't get him. Once taking the kids for treatment back further in the office there was another locked door the kids had to go threw that then you would be in the treatment area. That was the scariest place I've ever been in my life! All kids where crying and strapped down to what they called the pedochair. I cried for these children and it hurt so bad to see this. Dr Schneider was yelling at a child to shut up or else and the kid did not keep quiet he kept yelling it hurts your are hurting me please don't kill me. It was the most hurtful thing to see. Dr Schneider I was told by other assistants is that he had Dementia. That would make sense to why he forgot who I was after 30mins of working with him. He demanded to know who I was. Kinda scared me. I got the HELL out of their. His Wife Deborah became irrate when I told her I was leaving that this job wasn't for me. and on my way I told parents to get your babies and RUN!!! The place was so over booked and crowded people were standing outside on the porch with their kids waiting. People where standing up inside the waiting room every where. I also still to this day did not get paid for the hours I did work at this nightmare office. His wife is to blame as much as Dr Schneider!!!!!!!! Ive worked in Pediatric dental offices for 3-4years and I have never seen anything like this. And I've been seeing a lot of the patients that leave from his office and come to the pediatric office I work in now and they are so scared and the work he had done is horrible he is doing no good to these poor children's teeth if anything he is doing worse and causing more damage than anything. He needs to be shut down and no longer aloud to practice. The man has Dementia for crying out loud! He does not need to practice dentistry ever again!
