So i'm high af right now

talking shop with a friend and this just occurred to me:

Why isn't ram integrated into cpus, or rather why dont cpus have memory in and of themselves?

There's prob reasons why it wouldnt be affordable but as a concept or in specialized supercomputers why wouldn't it work?

Wouldn't it basicallyt remove cas latency and generally speed shit up allot?

I want more RAM, better buy a new CPU!
I want new tires, better buy a new car!
I want new windows, better buy a new house!
Modularity is very important.
