Hollywood has officially ran out of ideas.

After several years of non-stop cape shit dramas and Western cowboy faggotry, it appears that Hollywood is so desperate for new content, they have finally decided to re-visit the video game adaption territory. This time coming along for the ride would be movie adaptions of popular toys.

Movies such as Barbie, Super Mario Bros., and Sonic the Hedgehog are already making their presence felt within the world of motion pictures. Now with the release of A Minecraft Movie, it appears that the new focus on Hollywood's agenda would be the nostalgic childhoods of millennials. I never seen any of these films aside from the first two Sonic films so I assume that the Minecraft one is tailored toward older and original players of the game with content suitable for younger players as well.

I must say that this new nostalgic millennial trend is a refreshing one compared to the previous two mentioned earlier, but it just shows how desperate Hollywood is at attracting new ideas and audiences who'll support those ideas. Or maybe because the adult world has become too scary with all of the uncertainties since Trump took office that we yearn to escape back into childhood.

Either way, Hollywood is running on empty.
