>Any good resources to get started with memory training and mental arithmetic?
Art of Memory is a good book. I haven't really used the site. I'm reading this now.
https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/41478

>Has any research been done on this or shroom microdosing?
I don't know anything about shrooms but lsd is more or less proven, there's a good few studies on it. Even back when lsd was first discovered, they tested it on a bunch of animals, and when they did spiders at low dosage, the spider web was neater and better than it would be normally. At higher doses it was as erratic and bad as you'd expect though. I can't get LSD anyway so whatever

>imagestreaming
>what's that?

>What exactly do you think of? Heart rate monitoring coupled with meditation?
A bit more rudimentary than I was thinking but sure, that is certainly valid. They have eeg kits that you can build yourself and use with open source software like http://openeeg.sourceforge.net/doc/
this was an interesting read too

>so basically no upper drugs and internet browsing? What else would you cut out to reduce toxic dopamine production habits?
I saw a long 4chan post about this one. I didn't do it though. The idea is you do nothing except exercise and read.

>colloidal gold
>sounds like snakeoil honestly
yeah this one is bs I guess I should take it off

>raw goat's milk
Has more protein per gram than cow's milk, at the least. Not much of a difference otherwise though. If you were to be living off the grid, a goat is more feasible to manage than a cow.
>mct oil
good for you cholesterol and does a bit for appetite control. I think it was supposed to be good for your brain too. It's basically the same as coconut oil otherwise.
>cyproheptadine
massively increases your appetite. For skinny who need to bulk.

>cbt (cognitive behavior therapy)
it's the hot new thing among psychologists.
>Cognitive therapy focuses mainly on thought patterns as responsible for negative emotional and behavioral patterns.
There are some workbooks you can find for free on libgen.

>classical conditioning
>What do you mean by that?
using it to change behavior. For example you can get rid of fears by pairing the stimulus with a pleasant condition.

>Did those for about a year, interesting but very cringey to read afterwards, didn't help me a lot so I stopped. Could be useful for lucid dreaming but I don't like that either.
I've been doing a journal for a bit over a year now. I never really feel like rereading old entries but it's nice to have somewhere to write my thoughts though. Everytime I try a dream one it tapers off quickly. My dreams are too hard to write down, or I'm just bad at writing them I guess. There was one time it came to me easy for a couple weeks, I wrote a lot. I was also taking many quick naps in that time too, so I had a lot to write.

>Just looked that up and I can't imagine that this is a good idea. Probably fucks up your attention span as well.
http://supermemopedia.com/wiki/Incremental_reading_looks_like_a_haphazard_way_of_learning
never did it myself so i can't really give you any personal rebuttal or feedback

>It's actually more fun to be surprised by the creativity of your own subconscious mind
It's not like you lucid dream every single night. Nor do you have complete control over your dreams. But I've never been able to do it so what do I know, but my understanding is that you can use it to guide your subconscious. But also that your dream can still go on as normal, but you're just aware during it

>I can't really say that this changed anything for me
did you actually try this? for how long?

>all the ways to increase brown fat amount are just the usual health things you should do anyways or did I miss anything?
primary way is through cold exposure it seems.

>Just go outside.
yeah but the sun is bad for your skin.

sorry for the wait...
