Arguments against Cyborgization

So which body parts do you think will be replaced by machine parts?
First, bones will have to artificial bone marrow - a bone isn't just a bone. Teeth require nerves.
Eyes are probably one of exceptions.
Muscles can be probably replaced.
In all i doubt it would be "tech-parts" its like some sort of bio-engineered artificial tissue polymers that are organic and biocompatible. Nothing metallic. Transhumanist picture of metal hands would be a retro-futuristic memes - the future cyborgs will have human-like artificial hands with complex circulation and repair system(just like biologically native lifeforms).

All of them will be discovered at once when the lab meat problem is cracked.
