It is solved. The same thing preventing whites from giving birth, atheism/global capitalism/consumerism/feminism, is the antidote. It has been proven to work on non-whites also:

We just need to introduce third world countries to capitalism. It's already a work-in-progress. Indians are becoming middle class and having less kids. Give it a couple decades. Unless some major global economic collapse happens, by 2050 most countries will be wealthy enough to have sub-replacement fertility.
