combining terms creatively

ITT we combine things
staring example:
sour diesel: type of weed
diesel engine: engine that uses diesel fuel
sour diesel engine: an engine powered by marijuana

Actually that would just be a diesel engine since such engines are perfectly capable of running on hemp oil rather than actual diesel without any modification. In fact the original diesel engine was designed to run on plant oils but poor Mr. Diesel was found dead in some river. Look into it fool.
