The NoFap dilemma

I get addicted(literally 7-10hours) to gaming while on noFap - sleeping much less.
Its like choosing which of addictions i like least. NoFap is giving alot of energy though, so gaming is superb on it.

trading one vice for another is not how you overcome addiction

nofap from a normie's perspective: you get to have sex with your gf/wife, not a big deal

nofap from the point of view of someone who has no sex life: extreme sexual frustration, no release

no porn? I can understand that, makes sense because porn is harmful to your brain and psychological wellbeing

but no relief? why are you doing that to yourself?
