Water filtration general

In this general we talk about water filtering. Because as you know, there's a lot of stuff you don't know in your tap water. Most importantly, female hormones.

Since a few decades, there have been a large increase in the amount of female hormones found in water, which is usually the result of women taking birth control. The processes tap water goes through do indeed filter a lot of things, but estrogen passes through it just fine.

Most people don't care about that part, and would just tell you stuff like ``It's not enough for it to be a big deal!'' and stuff like that, but believe me: it is a big deal. There are even boys in countries like denmark, Britain who develop breasts from exposure to that stuff. Even fishes aren't safe, as it's been discovered that this type of pollution causes some of them to be born with both male and female sexual organs.

So what's the solution to this problem? Water filtration!
Some filters (carbon-based) are able to filter these hormones from your water supply with no problems. You can't trust the state to act in your best interests, so it's best to take matters into your own hands especially when it comes to something as important as water.

Triple water distillation is the only method to remove every contaminant.

1.You need to have mineral supplements with it, and add some electrolytes. If you don't you'll suffer from electrolyte loss.
Distilled water lacks minerals/salts and will dissolve them from the body(however it also reduces risk of kidney stones and mineralization of tissues)

3.You can't store distilled water for long anyway, it will readily absorb anything nearby. "Distilled water, being essentially mineral-free, is very aggressive, in that it tends to dissolve substances with which it is in contact. Notably, carbon dioxide from the air is rapidly absorbed, making the water acidic and even more aggressive. Many metals are dissolved by distilled water."
The "Dihydrogen Monoxide grade"(pure 100% water) is extremely corrosive and will dissolve alot of stuff normal water will not affect.

4.Its an energy intensive process requiring water evaporation(100Celsius).

Alternatives:
Reverse osmosis filtering system: cheaper and uses less energy, filters slightly less and too requires additional minerals/electrolytes(which are often added directly from cartridge in the system).

Mineral water without fluoride: expensive but is convenient. See #2 for microplastic. Some mineral water is available in glass bottles(which is even more expensive). Fluoride-free glass bottled mineral water would be perfect, but it will likely be cheaper and healthier to eat water-rich vegetables such as cucumbers.

Instead of hating people who have gender dysphoria, and instead of having them spend a lot of money to mutilate their bodies, they should be treated kindly, but with therapy instead. They should be encouraged to accept who they are.

What's funny is that lefists would probably call my approach bigoted or transphobic. But it's not exactly right-wing either, since conservatives just hate LGBT people but don't want to properly address issues like this.

I wish the political climate was different so that we could have more honest discussions about these kinds of issues without being labeled as sexist or hateful right off the bat, before anyone even listens to what you have to say.
