[Discussion] Should incest be illegal?

I read this article today http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/father-daughter-arrested-charged-incest-article-1.3802853 and it made me wonder why incest is illegal even when it's done by consenting adults.

Yes it leads to inbreeding, but it's their choice and it's not like it's done for procreation.
Laws against this are just more fascism & statism, and definitely not something the founding fathers stood for--It's just the state taking away rights from ordinary citizens that harm no one but themselves.

Just having sex can get you up to 5yrs in prison on average, some even more severe.
