People don't like roy moore in Alabama. Not because people pretended he is a pedo but because he has no economic or nationalist message and has been well-known as a shallow blowhard for decades within Alabama. But as to why they voted Jones in is a concern. If it were solely for the ``ousting" of Moore as a pedo, that means that Alabama might vote in the other direction next election cycle, which means that this minor ``victory" is really a shallow gain and doesn't represent actual change. If Moore had been the same theocratist bigot without dating those teenage girls, would he have won? That's the concerning question.

They just stayed home because they have been betrayed by "aw shucks" bible thumping (((Christians))) before. Everybody knows Moore would compromise to allow 100 million more immigrants into Alabama if the dems agreed to a war for Israel. We've been through this, these bible guys always back down on domestic policy because they see America's only purpose on Earth is to protect Israel.

Check the stats, less than 50% of trump voters came out for this election, while 95%+ Hillary voters did. The GOP is over if they don't start putting up candidates with a message on economics and immigration that speaks to the people. That's why I'm predicting a "blue wave" in 2018, GOP is going to put up RINOs and people will stay home.

Update on the Situation: It turns out Moore likely did win and a voter fraud investigation due to many shocking irregularities discovered thus far is underway.

I don't know how you've garnered enough evidence to support that conclusion. I could very easily throw a dozen articles from Huffpost, CNN and the likes who purport the exact opposite conclusion, and they would have the exact same weight, except I'm not petty enough to stoop to such shallow tactics, nor am I invested in that way to where I would gain from arguing with you over something so shady. They wouldn't do any good, anyhow. But it would be astonishing if voter fraud not only existed but swayed the vote by any notable margin.

If anybody is the victim of voter fraud in the USA it would be Moore since both parties hate him. I'm convinced there is serious voter fraud happening in various states and counties involving busing in outsiders and tampering with write-ins , so I hope that this at least draws attention to the possibility and some measures are taken before 2018.

Most people don't vote. Turnout for the election was 40.46% of registered voters, because most don't even see the state governments as legitimate anymore. It's worse in my state (New Jersey) when we had election for governor, which is completely run by system liberals, and it was a choice between Kim Guadagno, Chris Christie's RINO sycophant, and a system liberal that worked for (((Goldman Sachs))), Phil Murphy. Turnout was 38.5%, and most plebs probably only voted cause Murphy mostly ran on "dude weed LMAO."

It was weird and fucked up how Alabama passed legislature that said it was okay to dispose of voter records. The Right is justifiably upset over that turn of events (and we should all be), but, ironically, it's probably them who benefit the most from this development, in the sense that the majority of elections after this are going to be Red, simply because Alabama and its active voterbase is mostly Red, and a little cheating would never hurt. It's a win-win for the Right in a sense but a lose-lose as far as a clean, democratic electoral system goes; but neither side will acknowledge that because they're too fixated on abusing those flaws in our democracy to win. What ever happened to the high-road, huh? All the crooked politicians of the last century are looking up at us, smiling, down from Politician Heaven.
