Literally every post I've ever made on reddit either got auto-blocked due to lack of "comment karma" or hidden due to too many "downvotes". It pisses me off, how the fuck do I build up comment karma if I'm getting hit with the downvotes asap?

No, but it prevents voting on deleted comments.
If you delete it before it goes deep into negative you only lose a few points.

Anything you like, manipulate the reddit hivemind into any direction, shill your content, manipulate cryptocurrency/stocks/world politics(reddit is used by press). If you have private/rare proxies/VPN you'll be very hard to detect, especially if you abandon accounts every few months.

The spammers on /r/new have to use bots to get upvotes(in general the reddit reality is highly artificial: brigades, bots,admin manipulation, spam and stealth advertising, and of course the copious amount of porn that keeps normies glued on to the screen). Reddit is disgusting when you know what is going underneath the whole facade of "front page of internet", its all smoke and mirrors, constructed narratives and managed crowds.
