The first amendment

Prohibiting CP is a violotation of the first amendment of the US.

If watching child porn is a "crime", then who is the victim? Then again, criminalizing things like viewing child porn or possessing cannabis trivializes the notion of a crime, so people stop seeing crime as something necessary evil. I.e. you to jail for both watching CP and raping real child, so there must be no difference, so why bother with CP, instead of raping real child then?
