By every metric possible and imaginable and clear for everybody to see, niggers are inferior to actual humans. Then why is that fact still not a consensus and why is the ridiculous falsehood of equality still pushed by normies?

Are modern-day researchers and scientists of the area that inept? Is corruption the cause, moral blindness, malice?

If you're going to accuse scientists of being inept, you should avoid making statements that are blatantly false. Niggers most definitely are "actual" humans, by the scientific definition of human. If you allow your opinions to get in the way of your objectivity, you're no better than those you accuse of "pushing a falsehood of equality".

And honestly, the reason why the supposed biological inferiority of blacks is not widely accepted is partially because it's controversial (people want to avoid being associated with "racialism" which has in the past been used to justify sterilizing "inferior" races and depriving them of their rights) and furthermore, a lot of the "evidence" of these differences is pretty questionable. IQ is a popular one, but IQ tests are too high-level and abstract to really be a good measure of raw intelligence. They're only really useful for measuring racial differences in intelligence when race is the ONLY thing that differs between the control group and the experimental group. If you're comparing the scores of white, educated, suburban, middle class people from New England to poor, black, rural, uneducated people from Africa, there's no way to know that race, specifically, is what is responsible for the difference in scores. So basically, to be conclusive and meaningful, you'll need both groups to be demographically similar in everything BUT race.

Pretty much every serious researcher in neuroscience/macro-biology knows about the evidence about low IQs in non-Asian/white populations. Having read a lot of neuroscience journal articles when researching psychoactive drugs, I've seen many examples whenever "cognitive ability" is measured that the "Materials & Methods" section of the article quietly mentions controlling for ethnic differences. The real reason you don't see scientists talking about racial IQ differences publicly is that it's too dangerous for the average person to know. Remember the average white IQ is rather low as well, not high enough to (as a group) consider the consequences of genocide and warfare. The status quo of assuming equality is an ethically sound practice.
