Good Weekly/Monthly Programming Sites

Name: Anonymous 2016-06-26 8:27

Back in the old days before social media took over the web, esoteric programming information was distributed across a wide variety of low-volume sites, but were easily found by the search engines of the time.

These days, it's very hard to find such sites. Instead, we are inundated with noise from stackoverflow, normie programming blogs, and commercial enterprise journals.

So what sites do you still visit on a semi-regular basis? What sites have useful, yet less-known information?
