In my line of work, I'm a psychology tutor and writer, I find I still use floppy disks for storing basic (eg text only)small-ish files. For me - ironically - USB sticks carry too much storage and they become just another My Documents with hundreds of files leaping out at you and then you realise you can't remember the title of the one you want! So let's not junk the floppies - they are small and are good for filing particular jobs.

Having been trained as a Psychologist, my natural inclination is to be a bit skeptical of claims for homopathic 'medicines' but I am totally won over by 5 HTP. This brand is advertised for it's weight loss properties but it also works for Depression, tension headache/migraine & difficulty in sleeping. The evidence for efficacy is there (see Dr. Sarah Brown's 2010 book). It's an amino acid which is produced in only two forms in nature, human beings (!) and the seeds of one obscure West African plant, the tabs are made from the latter and help produce more serotonin ('the happy brain stimulator!) - great for those of us who don't make enough naturally.
These tabs are the best value on the market place and work out at only 16p.per 200mg capsule (max. daily). [H&B, for example, only sell 50mg tabs]. There is also free p&p, not tied to Amazon Prime (ie, *really* free). Mood stabilisation, no more tention headaches, good sleeping & appetite suppression for weight loss - all for less than 20p per day. Just give them about 2 weeks to kick in and you will amazed. Check out reviews of other 5-HTP products if you don't believe me, they nearly all same just the same. This brand/this supplier is cheapest at the moment and they deliver by Royal Mail very quickly.
