The number of blacks imprisoned through systematic racism is shameful. The only way to repair the damage done is to disallow new prison sentences for blacks, rather sentence them to jobs helping their communities - an affirmative, fairer sentencing structure to redress the past. Taking this line of thought further, since it was white men who developed and support the prison system, it is only them who should be subjected to it. Female imprisonment is unacceptable in every way, of course, but Hillary has promised to phase this practice out as soon as she is installed. Hopefully she will be willing to implement the race-conscious sentencing model I've outlined above as well.
