When the population of earth has intermixed that they are entirely a single population what will we lose? what will we gain? I think at least religion will be dead, but think of all the IQ points we'd lose as a population

All in the name of Freedom, of course. As a wise man has said, "good intentions pave the way to hell". You don't have the freedom of having a racially homogenous nation, but you do get that personal freedom that you crave! But why and how would all of humanity become homogenous? Just because we have better communication with each other doesn't mean we're all going to blend into one population.
