If man has had multiple sex partners he's alpha, but if woman has she's a slut and used goods, why is this? Why isn't woman who has had sex with many guys an alpha female?

This is left-wing ideology for you. They even believe a man can become a woman just by wishing on it. They require that such people be allowed to enter women's bathrooms, showers etc. Like, "I may have a dick, but I feel like a woman, so let me into the ladies' shower!"
