What you need to do is practice the technique of Affirming Narratives. Instead of sitting around refreshing Tablecat Lounge, try imagining you are an author and have a book due in two weeks that you haven't started on. The trick is, here, that you have to believe you have a book contract and the book is due in two weeks and believe it with both your heart and mind. Once you have achieved this, any task will seem absorbing and interesting, and you will have forgotten about Tablecat Lounge for the time being.
