Nope. That must be some process separate from the UN convention, which I want to trigger. I know a lot of Russian gays want into Europe, but can't get there, because EU doesn't want more unemployed prostitutes.

Can't you just enter an EU country as a tourist and overstay your visa?

1. They wont give me a tourist visa, because I'm unemployed.
2. Overstaying tourist visa means lifetime entry ban.
3. I can't work on a tourist visa.
