If so, then that actually makes Russia pretty based. Most likely, though, shit is failing because you can't keep denigrating Western Civilization and its institutions and expect things to continue to run smoothly and hold people's confidence in said failing institutions. It's not Putin that dumbs down education and curriculum and forces dindus that rather rap about their penises and comment about what newest rap album that just was released and get on each other over how much they paid for their oversized white tee shirts in with students who actually care to learn something. That's been the work of decades of domestic left-wing policy and using Russia and Putin as scapgoats for their own failures. I imagine that Western, Southern, Central and Northern Europe are in a similar situation with kebabs and straight-from-Africa dindus, they're just playing catch-up with the USA in general decline.
