There is nothing worse than trying to relate to someone who is too weird, too angry, too self-loathing, too sensitive, too egotistic, too crazy etc. It is incredibly rare to start a relationship with a partner who is willing to put up with this character because a life with a character this poor will not lead to a life of fulfillment for the couple.
