But that didn't stop the Jew in charge of the BBC's Youtube channel from labeling it "Why do autistic people really love manga? BBC News".

The Jews are probably paying people to act as cringeworthy as they possibly can in order to misrepresent otaku culture and make people hostile to it.
The Jews fear the spread of otaku culture because it incentivizes people to enjoy themselves and focus on things other than contributing to the Jewish economic model of perpetual enslavement to the banksters and Jewish corporations.
The Jews are also incredibly frustrated that they can't turn anime and manga into a Jewish business like they did Hollywood or western gaming because the Japanese don't trust Jews. Japan is not only one of the few countries where The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (Japanese: シオン賢者の議定書) can be freely bought and sold in print, but it has made best-seller lists repeatedly.
