Japan's auto industry has unions in their country (though not in the USA) and their auto industry is still pretty strong. Unions seem to work everywhere else but not the USA for some unexplainable reason. And Ayn Rand seems to be pretty popular with the "rednecks" she still gets accolades from cuckservatives in the red states.
