Eternal September is real - 90's never ended

It seems the culture, art and media from the 90's are the dominant influence on modern society. Even two decades hasn't reduced their appeal, since the end of Cold War there was no lasting media that challenged the cultural norms and replaced 90's culture. Is this the sign the West is in a culture stagnation phase?

How the fuck is modern culture influenced by the 90s? We're experiencing the influences of 2005-2009 (the beginning of JewTube and the rise of social media) more so than the 90s.
