You can extract it. Use ammonia to get the dex out of the syrup, then lighter fluid to get the dex out of the ammonia, then lemon juice to get the dex put of the lighter fluid. Then you choke down that horrible, horrible, horrible tasting mix and achieve Satori. I've never gotten sick (other than wanting to puke because of how horrible dex powder tastes, never mind the lemon juice) with this.

That said, if you still remember what shit, or what shitting is, or what feeling is like, then you didn't hit fifth plateau.

I'm not calling you a liar, but was that actually the diagnosis? The speculation that DXM causes lesions is based on the similarity of the experience to PCP. To actually induce them in rats, it took 75mg/kg, while a 4th plateau does is about 15mg/kg, and at 25mg/kg you're going to get serotonin syndrome, overheat your brain, go into a coma, and die.
