Neuro-atypicallity

What qualifies some as being a neuro-atypical? Is it just autism? Or do the other things that plauge the Anon-o-sphere (for example) also count, like pedophilia, extreme social phobia, incest fetishism, illiteracy, etc?

Yep. When I was five, I was playing with a lighter and burn the house down. Later, I would start fires out in the woods.
