Look your Boss' Facebook. He probably has several favorite employees (likely female) as his "friends", but not the rest of employees. Such favoritism is just poisoning for the workplace, and therefore bad for shareholders. Therefore you have the duty of reporting your boss. Just do it in anonymous ("collective") letter.
