I've been an alcoholic for years and I think it's about time I switched to something more interesting.

It seems relatively simple in retroaspect:

1. Live a life of constant self-reflection that nonetheless does not interfere with yoar daily functional operations. There is a balance and it takes practice to 'get it right'.

2. Learn to enjoy what can be enjoyed.

3. See outward as you see inward. (Generally be perceptive.)

4. Admit yoar roal.

I could add that you should alsoa avoid being given the goatfinger, but that is obvious.
