Russian people, by virtue of its historical traditions, whether or something else, almost completely incomprehensible to the idea of self-government, equal to all the law and personal freedom - and the related liability. Even the idea of pragmatic freedom average Russian people will not see the opportunity for a well settled in life, and the danger that some clever person is well arranged by him. The word "freedom" is understood by most people as a synonym for the word "mess", as the possibility of impunity accomplishments of some anti-social and dangerous behavior. Respect the rights of the human person as such, it will cause a confusion. Can be respected strength, power, finally even the mind or education, but that the human person in itself is of some value - it's crazy for the national consciousness. We as a people have not experienced the European period of the cult of the human person, a person in Russian history has always been a tool, not the goal. It is ironic that the very notion of "the period of the personality cult" was we mean the period of such humiliation and repression of the human person, which even our people did not know before. In addition, constantly being advocated, which is eager to counter the "private" - "public", clearly emphasizing the insignificance of all the greatness of the first and the last. Hence, any interest in "personal" - natural and inevitable - acquired ugly selfish form. Does this mean that people will not have any positive ideas, but an idea "strong power" - the power that law, because the strong, and which, therefore, God forbid weaken ?! The Russian people, as it is evident from its history and of its present, there is at least one idea, the apparent positive: it is the idea of justice. Power that all thinking and doing for us, should not only be strong, but fair, all must live with justice, to act according to conscience. For this you can burn at the stake, and not for the right "to do whatever you want!" But despite the apparent attractiveness of this idea - it is, if you look closely, that is behind it, is the most destructive aspect of Russian psychology. "Justice" in practice results in a desire, "that no one was better than me. This idea turns into a hatred of all out of the way, which does not try to emulate, and vice versa - to get to be like themselves, to every initiative, to any higher and dynamic way of life than we live.
