How can we get rid of white scum people?

This breed of bastards originating from Neanderthals beasts inherited the instinct to hibernate, and therefore they must always accumulate assets for a winter that won't ever come, thus they can do anything to get it, even create a global burglary to accumulate property and money that they don't really need(colonialism).
