- follow absolutely no logic behind power-ups
- always demote rival characters to sidekicks/extras once their arc is done
- defeated ZE MOSTO PAWAFURU VIRRAIN IN ZE WARUDO? no problem : A wild WAS ACTUALLY ZE MOSTO PAWAFURU VIRRAIN IN ZE WARUDO appeared!
- have supporting characters who are 1000x more relatable and have 10e8x depth than the main characters (think : Yamcha), only to be used as cannon fodder and tossed around casually whenever the main character/new character needs a power-up/display of power
- treatment of female characters == potatoes.. remember a time when you last saw a female main boss or an actual real powerful female character and not one with a temporary eyewash power-up? yeah, me neither
