Why not have different pronouns based on skin or hair colour?
Those don't provide any advantage over the basic gendered pronouns. Assuming you don't come from Tumblr, pronouns give you an image of what the other person might be able to do. ``She assembled an engine'' or ``he wore a pink skirt'' will provoke different answers than those provoked by the same sentences with swapped pronouns. Sure, those sentences may have a defined truth value in some liberal countries where males are faggots and you can't do anything about it, but we're not considering that case here.
Before you accuse me of being a sexist, I'm not telling all women not to assemble engines or telling all men to wear pants, but if you don't think those situations are unlikely, you should consult some statistics and confirm they're indeed rare.
On the other hand, using pronouns based on skin or hair color are not as useful. There is a high correlation between your biological gender (again, the ``non cis'' community are just outliers) and the things you
usually do and do not do, but the same can't be said about people of different colors because of mixed races and Michael Jackson. Even if most niggers are undesirable people, you can refer to them as ``the nigger'' and it would be okay. You may argue ``the nigger steals bikes'' is too long and could be shortened to ``Nig steals bikes'', but racial slurs are not used as extensively as gendered pronouns are, because the latter are much more useful in pretty much everyone's daily life.
I hate SJWs too, but you don't have to go so far as to lose a useful feature of a language.
