This is the first time I've genuinely been disappointed by any aspect of a Japanese TV show

Not like I'm a huge fan of the anime in general, so much that I'd rather have watched the original series. But this... No.

The show is "not a very good story" because it doesn't have a plot and characters. It has a generic setting and generic characters, but that's all it has. The show can be described as "dark", "not very original" or "not very good" but that's all it has. The show just goes on forever and the story doesn't change.
