Life-expectancy of psychiatric patients [Brutal]

Name: Anonymous 2025-02-18 17:24

People with serious mental illness have a shorter life expectancy than the general population, living 10 to 25 years less on average. This is due to a number of factors, including substance use, poor diet, and lack of exercise.

Life expectancy by mental illness

Substance-use disorders: Have the shortest life expectancy

Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder: Have a life expectancy 10 to 20 years shorter than the general population

Borderline personality disorder: Has a life expectancy about 20 years less than the national average

Causes of death

Cardiovascular, respiratory, cancer, metabolic, and infectious diseases account for 79% of the life expectancy gap
Suicide, homicide, and accidents account for the remaining 21%

viruses don't exist, the germ theory of diseases is a scam (and still only a theory). even the idea of "diseases" is stupid, people have symptoms, which are essentially part of the healing process. if you feel sick you should run away from doctors, not to them.
