Maybe any European country would do to be culturally dominant. Just not these mongrel colonies.

Since the supposed justification of it is that you feel inadequate in your own gender, and drugs are involved, it makes sense for a psychiatrist to evaluate the case.

It's okay to oppress the immoral, since it gives other who still aren't corrupted good reasons to not become immoral.
