I do feel for transgender people, and feel that they have the right to identify in a way that shows their true self, but scientific progress just isn't there yet to truly give them the expression that they wish for. To say that it will never happen is unwise in my opinion, because many of the procedures we have today(CRISPR, CT scans) would have been thought equally impossible a hundred years ago, but in the meantime we need to address how these people will cope throughout their lives. Don't just say "tell them they're delusional" or something like that, because we've tried that for years and it only ends in more suffering.
