Putin has signed the constitution amendment nationalizing the whole IT industry

The jurisdiction of the Russian Federation is:
federal energy systems, nuclear energy, fissile materials; federal transport, communications, INFORMATION, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and communications; space activities

Any program you write is now people's Putin's property.

And IT is will be regulated tighter than nuclear energy.
